Campus police encourages students who live off of campus to take advantage of the Pittsburg State University campus’s multiple storm refuge areas.
“If they live off campus during a severe weather event, they can come to campus and take refuge in our building, the library, whatever is open and has areas of refuge in them,” said campus police officer Andrew Biehl.
